Upon termination for cause, jl689 may withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is not due to player fault, the verified account balance will be returned through the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

jl689 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jl689 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, jl689 encourages users to submit disputes through the platform's official support channels. jl689 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 calendar days of receiving a written complaint. This informal resolution process does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
